Lobby is grand, but it’ll be great if hotel spends some money for the room lobby and the room upkeep too. Has a bit of the stale smell especially in the room, and lots of mouldy spots in the room and poor grouting staring at you in the bathroom.
Amenities wise, pls bring these if you don’t usually do: Tooth brush and paste, Facial tissue, Hair conditioner, Comb. Apart from the first item you could still ask from the hotel, the other 3 items are strictly not available.
Love the direct access from MTR to lobby, just note that this access path closes after 10pm and reopens 7am.
They have two pools, both outdoors. Quite nice to chill on a cloudy day.
Btw the lobby bar is great too.
Saw a cockroach at breakfast area once. The staff casually killed it.
Just that the customer service of front desk is really bad. Check in staff was almost rude, and upon check out I was asked for the deposit slip which I had to dig out from the luggage as I wasn’t told upon check in nor was it indicated on the slip of paper. Upon feedback to check out staff Wachiraporn, she curtly mentioned it’s their policy to collect the slip of paper which is fine but she also pushes back on my comment that this should be informed to guest upon arrival. Didn’t like the arrival and departure experience.
