Here they have all amenities I need such as hot and cold water. Cups for tea etc. Reception is speaking very impressive I have asked many things when I arrive but they didn't acted like annoy me instead they adviced me with a smiling face. I have left a little note to show them and others who making a decision to book here. Tho my English is not good but I tried😆

Rating: 0/5 I had the misfortune of booking this hostel, and my experience was an absolute nightmare. Upon check-in, I was mistakenly assigned to the wrong bed, and before I could even process what was happening, the staff called the police and accused me of trespassing! They then had the audacity to charge me an additional amount. The police were clearly in cahoots with the hostel staff, refusing to listen to my side of the story. It became clear that this hostel has a history of scamming unsuspecting travelers. To make matters worse, the staff failed to inform me of any policies or procedures during check-in. There were no services or facilities provided, and the overall experience was appallingly bad. The staff's behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and extortionate. This hostel is a complete scam, preying on solo travelers and friends. I urge (trip.com) to remove this hostel from their listings immediately. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT book this hostel under any circumstances. You will regret it. no toilet on the third floor, very dirty in organize room, lots of stuff inside the room, big bed,.won't let u check in 5 mins before 2pm
