PLEASE BEWARE AND ALERT.
Booked for few nights. Photo and physical is totally two different story. Let a young rude guy name proom, handle at reception. Checked in at 2pm, raise the condition and environment issue, no room for communication, ignore everything and pin point at non refundable policy.
1. Don’t admit the condition is disaster. Dirts, mosquito, bugs in the room. Don’t solve at first place.
2. Ignore all way of communication hold customer until 10pm something (6-7hrs).
3. Even trip advise let customer check out next day and refund the rest of the booking, not even communicating with trip management and customer direct reject.
4. Their way of doing business is, I stated steak in the menu, but serve chicken! Accept or not is up to you!
5. Beware of the photo display in trip. Walk through the rubbish with smelly weird smell to enter the hotel.
6. Until 10pm something just offer another rooms, but is already untrustworthy and not comfortable to stay with this kind of scammer irresponsible hotel.
