This was my third stay at Red Planet (Surawong), and overall, my experience is always pleasant—the staff are friendly and professional, which I really appreciate. That said, there always seems to be *something* that goes wrong. This time, it was the Wi-Fi. The room I was in had such a weak signal that I had to go down to the lobby just to get online. For a six-day stay, that’s honestly unacceptable—especially since they’re already aware of the Wi-Fi issues in that particular room. It’s ridiculous to think the problem would just fix itself!
Eventually, they figured out that moving me to another room would solve the issue, but why it took three days to reach that conclusion is beyond me. Still, like I said, the staff were great, and I’d stay here again—but they *really* need to get the Wi-Fi sorted out once and for all.
