Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa

Definitely would love to come back. Everything was awesome! The staff, the room, smells good, the buggy service, the location is superb! The views is outstanding. The breakfast was lovely.

Batu Karang was a simply amazing stay - they had it all, and frankly you could easily never leave the resort and feel more than taken care of. (The spa was particularly nice.) I will say the only downside was the rooms aren’t as sound proofed as we had hoped and you can easily hear people walking by. Just something to consider.

Batu Karang was exceptionally well located, walking distance to Coconut beach as well as to town. Our room had a beautiful view over the coastline and the hospitality was impeccable.

Great resort- what a view! On a steep hill but there’s buggy service. Some areas (eg. Lounge) a bit old but overall amazing.

Service was excellent, staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Facilities were super cute and clean! Food was EXCELLENT. Loved the view from the location and easy to walk to beach areas. Overall wonderful stay, highly recommend!

We did not initially book Batu Karang, however due to an issue with our previous booking, Trip.com were able to secure a room here which we felt very excited about as the hotel looked lovely! When we arrived, the staff were amazing. They took our luggage on their buggies and drove them straight to our room. We were transferred to reception (the hotel grounds are very large and quite steep). Throughout our stay the staff were helpful and friendly. We had an early morning snorkelling trip so the kitchen staff made us breakfast to go which was so kind. Breakfast the next day was amazing… so much choice and cooked to perfection. We had a small issue on our second/final night as we found a colony of ants in our room and our neighbours were extremely noisy. However, as soon as we reported it to reception and asked if we could move rooms, they collected our luggage and took us to a different part of the resort where there were no ants and no noise. The hotel sorted us a taxi for our trip back to the harbour which was fantastic. We would love to stay at Batu Karang again and would definitely recommend it to friends, family and fellow travellers!
