Christofinia Hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect, with everything important within easy reach — especially the amazing Nissi Beach, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The swimming pool was wonderful, and the lifeguard was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were equally lovely and attentive. I am quite a picky eater, but I never went hungry at dinner. The Greek flavours were absolutely fantastic and were one of the things I enjoyed most about the hotel. Breakfast, however, was a little repetitive. I did appreciate the fact that several types of plant-based milk were available, which was a nice touch. There were a few things that, in my opinion, made the hotel feel more like a three-star property in some respects. The quality and condition of the bed linen and towels could definitely be improved. Our sea-view room was also rather small, and I found the fact that guests could smoke almost anywhere somewhat unpleasant. What struck me most was the contrast between the entrance and the rest of the hotel. Walking into the hotel, I immediately had the feeling of a perfect four-star experience. I would especially like to mention Sarah, whose professionalism and welcoming attitude really elevated the standard and made a fantastic first impression. Unfortunately, once you leave the reception area and go upstairs, that four-star feeling gradually disappears, and the hotel feels much more like a three-star property. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the fantastic location, the wonderful staff, the beautiful pool and, above all, the excellent Greek food. (thanks for the Chef!) With some improvements to the rooms, linen, towels and smoking policy, I believe the hotel could truly live up to the four-star experience it promises at first impression.

Location was spot on a short taxi ride to center on ayia napa or a 40 min walk with bars and restaurants along the way. Plenty of very good restaurants close by aswell had dinners at dione bang across road realy nice food also the Italian just down the road. Nissi bay beach is a 2 minute walk as well also the landa beach is beautiful with two beach bars with private hire beds also as a snack van with lovely golden sands and blue sea. The hotel it self is lovely there was 5 of us across two rooms the rooms are on the small side a little but apart from getting ready and sleeping thats all we use the room for so it didn't bother us. Hotel lobby and restaurant really modern and clean also the pool is cleaned daily and no sunbed wars at 10 o'clock still more than half the sunbeds available. We was bed and breakfast the food was nice.the glass house restaurant and bar on The 6th floor of Adams beach hotel across road is amazing at sunset. We also hired quads and buggys for the day from mototmax and went around the island.

Nothing. The experience was ruined by a theft from the room and complete indifference from the hotel management. A valuable personal item (wedding ring) was stolen directly from our room (Room 351). The hotel management showed absolute zero empathy, refused to take any action, and did not even apologize for what happened. We had to file an official report with the Cyprus Police (Burglary and Theft report filed on 03/08/2026). Terrible security, unhelpful staff, and safety concerns. I strongly advise against staying here.

The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s just a short walk to Nissi Beach, NissiLanda, Landa, and Makronisos (2 km—a 20-minute walk). The hotel’s facilities are nice. It’s an older hotel that has undergone a nice renovation; the pool is clean, and the staff is friendly. Very clean. The food is just average, but you’ll always find something you like. A bus will take you to town in no time for just a few €. If you’re looking for a wonderful, non-commercial trip for snorkeling, turtle watching, or deep diving, I recommend Jaroslav Pupak on Facebook.

I stayed here 26 June 2026 with a friend of mine for 7 nights bed and breakfast, having been dropped off the coach at the end of the street my first impressions with a little unimpressed but when you got to the main entrance and the glass doors slid open I was blown away by how beautiful and clean and super cool it felt because of the air con! Check in was super quick and easy and we were in our room in no more than 10 minutes! We were in room 107 which was the next floor up, and although we didn't have a pool or sea view our room was absolutely lovely, very clean and modern and the bathroom was really nice! Again the aircon was excellent! Next morning we had breakfast which was buffet style, which had everything you could want to eat and drink etc! After breakfast we had a walk out to the pool which I have to say is luke warm constantly and never cold which was perfect! At 10am the pool bar opens and also the life guard comes on duty and you can ask him for towels for the loungers which are free of charge and you can use to claim ur loungers as we all do early every morning, have to say tho finding a lounger was never really a problem! The pool bar stays open until 6pm and has plenty of different soft and alcoholic drinks, snacks and meals at reasonable prices which again was great! The hotel has its own shop that sells quite a few essentials as well as clothes, hats etc, if you need anything else there is a supermarket just across the road from the hotel which was well handy! The hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from nissa bay and a few other beaches, there are a few bars and restaurants along the road outside the hotel, but if you want to experience Ayia Napa you will need to get a bus or taxi which again is easy and cheap to do! Gotta say I absolutely loved my stay in the Christofinia hotel and Cyprus I will deffo return and stay again and I highly recommend it all ages! But I have to say the greatest thing about the hotel was a certain 2 staff members that were absolutely amazing throughout my whole stay! There names are Tatyana and Sudip!! They never stopped smiling and being so warm and friendly and helpful to us! These 2 need a pay rise and are a credit to your hotel!! Thank you both for everything!! Amazing people!! Anyway see you again next time!!

The hotel has two types of rooms. The worse part has rooms with quite worn furniture, minimal storage space, no towel racks by the shower. Only an undemanding diner is satisfied with the food. Right after our accommodation, our electricity went out, it was resolved immediately. The first 2 days the reception was redirected to us, so both guests called us saying they wanted new towels and the manager too, so that we don't forget the towels. We reported it three times at the reception, without result. It was resolved by the delegate of the travel agency, to whom we complained about the standard of the room, which did not correspond to 4*. The hotel apologized, we received fruit and wine, they gave us a room in a better part of the hotel without extra charge. The hotel was willing to correct the mistake. To sum up - the food was bad, the rooms according to random selection were either completely bad or bearable, the location was excellent, the staff - 50% satisfaction. The young man in the dining room, Sujan, has a very customer-friendly approach, and the pretty blue-eyed brunette at the reception desk. I can't rate the pool, we weren't there. I wouldn't go back.

Very beautiful staff, mainly Tanya and Avgustina in the pool bar. Holiday was excellent. ❤️
