Excellent hotel just the size and the location is perfect,the staff were superb couldn’t do enough for us and always with a smile. The food was delicious aswell would definitely recommend this hotel.

Went to this hotel for the first time for a family holiday just the 3 of us I have to say I’ve been to Cyprus a few times and I absolutely loved this place clean very kind and the staff were very helpful. Literally a perfect location also if you like a beach as nissi beach is a stone throw away. The all inclusive food was delicious and my little one absolutely loved the little splash park on the resort. I’d have to give this a 10/10 and I will be coming here again maybe our family holiday from now on.

We decided to book at the 5* Atlantica anenas resort mainly as I'm full time wheelchair user. TUI arranged for a adapted room(306) with a roll in shower which was my main concern having bad experiences elsewhere. The room was massive and honestly not a fault with the use around the room. My only gripe was the balcony had no level lip to get out onto it and also the shower had no seat already installed so we had to use an outside chair for showers. The resort is huge and surrounded by beautiful gardens and lagoon's. We saw 2 weddings whilst we were there too. The staff couldn't do enough to help you as a wheelchair user either by the pool or in the restaurant areas. Special thank you goes out to Mustafa who was exceptional in his service to us every time he saw our party coming, quickly arranged tables and honestly the nicest man there. Honestly he needs a good praise by the manager from the lady in the purple wheelchair! The pool bar staff were very helpful and I find a tip goes a long way too! We took our ninja bottles and bar staff would happily fill them up for us which helps as I don't get on with paper cups by the pool with my dexterity. The cleaning staff were keeping the rooms and areas immaculate and clean every single day. My only disappointment of this hotel was for a 5* standard, there really should of been a pool hoist or pool wheelchair considering that the pool is the huge selling point of this family hotel. Unfortunately I was unable to get in or out and honestly felt pretty gutted constantly watching my children playing on their own or with dad and I wanted that part of the holiday too. If hotel Atlantica anenas could improve 1 vital thing for wheelchair users I would highly suggest buying a pool hoist or a roll in beach wheelchair to allow disabled guests like myself the full holiday experience. I would return multiple times a year if this was improved and honestly I can't fault the hotel for it's accessibility which for me is often like hitting a brick wall for a family holiday venue. We did an excursion on the ocean princess and trust me wheelchair bound or not their crew will get you on that boat. We booked in the shop next to the bakery which honestly also was amazing. If you have a late flight please go the bakery and treat yourself. You won't be disappointed! Thank you hotel Atlantica anenas for a most enjoyable stay.

We had a fabulous week at this beautiful hotel in a great location at Nissi Beach. The rooms were spotless, and our housekeeper regularly checked that we were happy with everything. The food was absolutely amazing — so much choice and everything was fresh, warm and delicious. There was also a great variety of drinks included. Special mention to Muhammad at the bar, who was always a pleasure! In fact, every member of staff we met was lovely and welcoming. The only downside for us was the adult entertainment, which was quite repetitive. The app wasn’t always great for keeping track of what was happening either. It would have been nice to see the entertainment team around the hotel more, chatting to guests and letting everyone know what was on during the day and evening. Some background music around the pool would also add to the atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay and a beautiful hotel. We would definitely recommend it!

Lovely hotel wouldnt give 5 star more 4 same food daily which gets borin considerun the costs the cocktails and entertainment shockin would not return

We stayed at this hotel as a large family group of 11, with children ranging in age from 8 to 18, along with four adults. Overall, we had a lovely holiday, but there were several things that were disappointing, especially considering this was advertised as a 5-star hotel. The rooms were clean and a good standard overall, although there were some maintenance issues. The curtains had small holes, and on one occasion a picture on the wall fell off above our son while he was in bed at night, which was quite concerning. The mini fridge in the room was also very expensive to refill at €20. We chose to buy our own drinks from the local shop instead, where cans of pop and juice were around €0.90–€1 each. The pools were one of the best parts of the hotel. They were great, very clean, and the children absolutely loved them. There is also an adults-only pool and bar area, which was a lovely option for the adults. The pool bar hours were disappointing, however. Although advertised as being open until 11pm, it actually closed around 8pm during our stay. The snack bar was advertised as being open until around midnight but closed at approximately 10pm. The snack bar itself was very good, with plenty of nice, picky-style food that was perfect for families sitting around the pool. The children's club for ages 3–12 was excellent. Our youngest really enjoyed it and had a great time. Unfortunately, we were not informed before or during booking that the teenagers' club would be closed from the middle of September. This was particularly disappointing as we had teenagers aged 12 and over in our group, who therefore had very limited organised activities. The only real activity available for the teenagers was in the pool. Our teenagers enjoyed the pools during the day, but found the evenings extremely boring because there was little to no entertainment or activities aimed at their age group. Because we had booked the hotel expecting entertainment and activities for all ages, we considered taking the teenagers to a local water park instead, but this would have cost around £50 per person. This was particularly disappointing considering the price we paid and the fact that we had chosen the hotel expecting suitable entertainment for the whole family. The evening entertainment was also disappointing for a 5-star hotel. A lot of the entertainment consisted of dance performances that weren't particularly engaging for children or teenagers, and there wasn't much that the whole family could get involved in. On a positive note, the food was excellent. There was a great variety of options, and the hotel's restaurants served lovely food. We were very happy with the quality and choice of meals throughout our stay. Overall, we had a good family holiday and there were definitely things we enjoyed, particularly the pools, food and children's club. The hotel is in a great location for bars shops and restaurants ( if you want to eat out) beach just across the street. Public Transport widely available, if you are in a large group it maybe cheaper to get taxis, hotel reception will help with this and will give you a rough estimate on how much. We hired cars staff at reception were very helpful, we drove to the mountains and waterfalls, which was beautiful, and such an easy drive. I wouldn’t have booked the hotel if it was just me and my husband but we went as a family group with children and teenagers. The children loved the pool area and the children’s clubs, the others got bored (that’s teenagers though). The hotel is clean, staff lovely and helpful. When we booked the holiday I paid extra for a room in a quiet area, we didn’t get this we got a room with all the family! I said about it and was told they didn’t have any so put us all together, which wasn’t an issue it was easier to be honest. Food was the best selection I’ve had in an all inclusive. Plenty of selection fresh vegetables, huge assortment of salads fresh fruit, if you try to eat clean without preservatives it’s great. the children’s section could be improved but as parents you can help your child choose from main buffet, if your children are picky eaters they will love the children’s buffet eg chicken nuggets fish fingers etc. pool area’s are clean and tidy there is also an adult only pool area, and lovely garden area too escape to when you’ve had enough of the fun and noise. I highly recommend the spa had treatments which were lovely and not over priced also had my nails done which was cheaper than having them done at home. Would I return no not due to any issues it just wasn’t a holiday for us but if you want a family holiday at the pool and beach it’s perfect.

Hotel is huge and well maintained. Staff friendly and keep everything spotlessly clean. Lots of activities but mainly aimed for children. Sunbeds reserved from 8.00 am so can be difficult to find any later morning. Several pools but large main pool mainly used, there is a small adults only pool but this is not suitable for a dedicated swimmer. If you are a couple not really suitable as amount of families with young children over whelming. Not much adult evening entertainment, some light music early evening but limited entertainment for adults later evening. All shows and entertainment mainly geared towards children. Had a Butlins feel to it. Daily aqua keep fit for 20 mins which was good but could have been longer other exercise entertainment during the day again for limited time. Downside as we arrived late only offered soup and rolls on arrival. Had to check out of room at 11.00 or pay 20€ per hour to extend depending on availability of our room. Once checked out no access allowed to dining room so did not actually get all the meals we paid for. Would only return to hotel if it had less children and for couples would not recommend it. Proximity to Nissi beach is good, but as beach so packed could not use it. Ayna Napa is within a 10 mins taxi or bus journey.
