Very clean Organized. The pool area has a lot of rules. Wear your robe and slippers to the pool area !

Extremely disappointing stay with serious cleanliness and room-access issues. We prepaid for 3 Family Standard Rooms, but at check-in the hotel initially tried to give us 1 Family Room and 2 Standard Rooms. After we refused the downgrade, we experienced multiple problems. One room had a broken AC, stained/dirty bedding, used towels and a used condom package left in the bathroom trash bin. Another replacement room had problems with the shower/water system. The most serious issue was room access and security. We were given an active key card to a room and found a man already inside. The hotel later claimed he was a maintenance worker. Later that same night, another guest was issued a key card to our already occupied room and attempted to enter, saying the hotel had also checked them into the same room. Two separate room-access incidents in one night are extremely concerning. We spent hours dealing with reception, room changes and maintenance instead of enjoying our holiday. Poor hygiene, poor room management and unacceptable access control. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend booking somewhere else with higher standards.

Our room had major issues of telephone not working, hot water issues and children’s bed was not accommodated because of the compact room Despite complaining it multiple times the issue wasn’t resolved and no alternative was provided. Our request was unheard  Otherwise the breakfast was vast and the cleanliness was good too

The Hotel was nice, located on the road leading to and from the airport making it an ideal place. It’s slightly far from the center ( around 15 minutes ) but most attractions are within 30 minutes or less so it’s not as bad. For muslim and orthodox christian it is especially good because it is near the central mosque and the ascension cathedral if you are interested in praying there. Their breakfast selection is good.

I hope that in the future there will be clearer signage reminding guests to use the provided tongs and serving spoons when taking food from the buffet, or that staff can occasionally monitor the buffet area to ensure proper hygiene. Unfortunately, I completely lost my appetite after seeing some guests, specifically Indians, using their bare hands to take food, despite the serving utensils being readily available. I also noticed other guests looking on with visible discomfort. It was an unpleasant and unhygienic experience that detracted from what is otherwise a very nice 4-star hotel. In addition, the dining area was affected by a mix of very strong perfume and noticeable body odor from some guests, which made the breakfast experience even more unpleasant. While I understand the hotel cannot control personal grooming, maintaining a comfortable dining environment is important. I hope this issue can be addressed to help maintain the hygiene standards and dining experience that guests expect.

An hotel which I will not come back! Surprisingly a hotel of such standard does not provide free bottle of water. Remote control was missing, toilet drainage cover wasn’t covered. The house keeping cart placed right outside my room for the whole time! Insulation and sound proof was terrible as I can hear people talking and laughing the whole night as the cafeteria seating area is just right outside my room with people chatting till 5am! The only credit I have is the heated pool and sauna!

The hotel is new and nice but also has some problems. We had a room at the back of the hotel, the view is awful. Our window was opposite an orange generator that was noisy andd blew choking fumes into the room. The hotel is also not finished and we had workmen going up and down in a lift from 8am at the side of our bedroom window. What is also strange is the bedroom doors open outwards into the corridor, so you have to be careful not to hit anyone as you open the door. Breakfast tastes nice but most of the dishes of hot food options are always nearly empty and not replenished. What is there is actually cold. One morning nobody bothered to put out any sugar for the coffees and there were often no cups available. The spa is very nice but staff in there are not particularly friendly and there are no opening hours for it anywhere. The staff at the reception however were very polite and friendly as is the man who greets you at breakfast. As we left they came back to us suggesting that we had used the mini bar in the room which we had not but they then said it was ok. Its also surprising for a new hotel that the hot water in the shower constantly changes temperature, you set it just right and within 2 minutes it swings between cold and too hot. The showers in the spa did the same. Overall the hotel looks nice but has some real teething problems and the view behind the hotel is just not acceptable. I personally wouldn't stay there again.
